So that we can keep our Goan traditions alive in Dubai.

Global Goans team work has made San Joao a great success. Hard work put in by all members of global goans has proved it. His Highness Sheikh Rashid attending our San Joao has added more color to our Goan tradition. The Band has put up and excellent show. Thanks to Mr. Fernandes and his team for playing such a lovely music. Sanio you were great man hats off to you. San jao by the Global Goans was great job. Hope to see more good job by the team in future. It was fun and worth it. Each and every moment was filled with joy and happiness on everybody's face. The black lace with the other goenkar singer's did a great job.

It was amazing how we managed to pull it of in a short span of a few days,without any sponsers,without keeping a profit on the tickets.I guess its a record, thanks to the Global Goans whose hard work made this possible.We are indeed lucky to have such a talented bunch of members in global goans.Thanks to everyone who made this possible and thanks to all who came ,brought the San Joao spirit..Lets keep our Goan traditions alive in Dubai..Cheers !

Jude sincere thanks to you and your inspirational touch to every thing you do. I will not understimate the visit by a member of the ruling family at our traditional goan event. Thanks for opening a door way for the goan community and this could be just the beginning of all the support we are looking for from the govt. of this nation. H.Highness was not only a walkin and walkout guest but stayed with us for quiet a while. Ben the man with the vision! keep it Strong keep it Going! We are with you.

It was a funfilled event with the message of goan tradition, culture and heritage being conveyed through a series of activities right throught the day. The band and not to forget Sanio and Lourdes with their authentic goan singing was the icing on the cake of a very memorable Sao Joao. Viva Sao Joao .........Viva Global Goans

Marcellus Fernandes+2 guestsGlobal Goans "Viva San Joao" was really fantastic, with good konkani music, and also the copel competition was great, with so many innovative ideas by our goan brethren, Though we live across the seven seas, we have not forgotton our goan traditions, customs and roots. The Trio of Black Lace, Sanio, and our "Dubai Lorna Lourdes" were a good combination with mind blowing and meaning ful music. The comedy skit by Sanio and Co, was good, also by having singer Ali Hamza, to sing for us, gave us an Indian touch, Also His Highness Shaikh Rashid gracing the occasion, was very kind of him for making time for Global Goans inspite of his busy schedule. Viva Global Goans, 3 cheers to all the Global Goan members, Hip Hip Hooray.

A great fun filled day to remember for the Global Goans and Goans in Dubai.
It was really thrilling to see so many people with Kopel's. There was even feni for the newly weds. The pool users had fun. Dj Dale was great. Sanio. Lordes sang some tradional goan songs and the Band Black Lace did a great job.
The Global Goans Team put up this great show withing a short span of one week's time.
Let's keep our culture alive wherever we may be.
